Do you offer a free shuttle?
That's the best part of Rideshare parking, there is NO SHUTTLE! Arrange a rideshare to and from the terminal. It's the easiest and most time efficient way to get to/from the airport.
How do I get to the airport after I park my car?
Use Uber or Lyft to arrange your transport from your parking spot to the terminal. They're easy to use, quick, and convenient. Your Uber, Lyft, or taxi transport cost is not included in your parking rate.
How far is my parking spot from the terminal?
The Rideshare parking lot is 2.5 miles from O'Hare.
Why is Ride Share Parking so affordable?
It's simple, we asked for parking lots to provide a parking spot without transportation. This allowed for much cheaper parking rates. Saving you more money the longer you park.
How do I get from the airport back to my car?
You will arrange an Uber or Lyft from O'Hare. Remember to enter 9420 River St. Schiller Park, IL 60176 destination for your ride.
How do I cancel or modify my current reservation?
Please email us at support@rideshareparking.com and we'll make the changes or cancel your reservation.
What's the cancellation policy?
Reservations are fully refundable up until your scheduled parking day and time. To cancel, please email support@rideshareparking.com and include your reservation number. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to post to your statement.
What happens if I need to extend my trip? Will my car be ok?
Let us know you're staying longer by emailing support@rideshareparking.com and we will be sure to extend your parking stay at your lot.
How do I find my parking spot once I arrive?
Look up or down, there will be Rideshare Parking signs along with yellow and black arrows indicating a space for you to use.
Is my car safe?
RideShareParking spots are monitored by 24 surveillance recording. Well lit and in a moderate use area with high traffic flow nearby.
How is my car identified as a Rideshare customer?
Be sure your vehicles license plate matches your reservation and you're good to go!
How does your pricing work?
The daily rate including tax is charged for each calendar day of parking. Pricing does not include your Uber/Lyft to or from the airport.
